To my dearest Antioch Family and Community,
As you can see Missy and “Smokey Joe Coalman” have been hard at work on Vacation Bible School this year. I must admit with my love of trains this year’s VBS, Salvation Station, looks to be one of my favorites so far. Over the years we have chosen to do our own VBS themes and programs to custom tailor them to our young people and offer up a true Bible School Experience. This formula has proven so successful with attendance climbing year after year, and many young people being drawn to the Lord and countless others being drawn closer to him as well. This is what it is all TRULY about-growing closer to God and bring people to Him. Though the fellowship, food, and fun are absolutely PRICELESS our goal is to make disciples and this is a task that CANNOT be done without you. We need you to get involved and help make this years VBS the best ever; sign up to help, pray, show up to assist, pray some more, and bring kids out to experience this year’s offering of Salvation Station VBS. In the words of the old song, “People Get Ready, There’s a Train a Comin'” and it will be at Antioch Baptist Church, June 25-28th nightly at 6:30.
